    It is with abosolute pleasure that I write you regarding our recent projects with Wayne's Roofing. Franciscan Health System, and particularly St. Joseph Medical Center, is extremely pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by your organization and its employees over the past year. The quality workmanship provided in our recent main nursing tower roofing project is exemplary.

    I am particularly pleased with the service provided by your project manager, Mr. Joe DiCarlo. Joe's attention to detail, continuous follow-through and customer service ensured a successful completion to the project. At no time did the facilities staff feel that they were not "in the loop" regarding the construction schedule, due to Joe's timely input and response to questions or concerns. In response to the hospital's concern regarding fumes emanating into the the patient tower, Joe ensured appropriate mitigating filters were provided and installed. Concerns regarding the aesthetics of the facility during the roofing operations were always taken into consideration and immediately addressed. I truly appreciate the personal dedication provided by Joe and his crew.

    Please pass along my sincere thanks for a job well done! I will continue to consider Wayne's Roofing for future roofing projects at all Franciscan Health Systems facilities.

Dear Rod,

    We are writing to express our appreciation of Wayne's Roofing excellent performance on the new Starbucks facility Foushee & Associates completed this summer in Kent. This 305,000 SF project had an extremely tight, fast track schedule to meet Starbuck's need for additional space, due to their companies phenomenal growth. Wayne's Roofing played a key part in meeting the schedule.

    Wayne's agreed to specific production goals, and met or exceeded these goals, while maintaining excellent quality. It is a pleasure to work with a company that is a team player, and willing to work with the general contractor, maintainig a positive attitude to do what it takes to get the job done.
