Wayne’s Roofing, Inc. has brought in FollowUp Power to help streamline the management of workflow of Wayne’s Roofing sales process. FollowUp Power, a Fort Lauderdale based CRM and Coaching services company, focuses primarily on helping Commercial Specialty Contractors with their sales process. Their CRM product brings a significant level of customization to the client to help bring tracking and measurement as a tool to help businesses make quicker, more informative decisions about their past and future projects. The system is designed to help sales and estimating teams more effectively prioritize their follow up activity, know where they are against their goals, and allow management to more quickly pull reports about company performance.
