We are a full service contractor licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Utah. We have performed work in 7 western states, acting as either a prime contractor or as a sub-contractor. Our main market area is in Washington from Centralia to Everett, along the I-5 corridor.

Our efficient operations supported by the proper equipment result in savings for you, our customer. The Wayne's Roofing, Inc. complex is built on 2.5 acres, centrally located to our market area in Sumner, Washington. The plant is composed of 7500 sq. ft. of covered warehouse space, 6400 sq. ft. of office space, and a 20,000 gallon asphalt storage tank. The offices are equipped with high-tech automated computer systems and software, capable of providing control from pre-job design to job completion. Wayne's Roofing, Inc., has a fleet of over 20 modern vehicles, including labor saving equipment such as: boom trucks to load and off-load materials from buildings; asphalt tankers capable of transporting heated asphalt from our plant to your rooftop; crew cabs to efficiently transport our skilled technicians to the job site; and a variety of innovative rooftop specialty equipment.
