Celebrating Women In Construction

March 3-9, 2024 is Women In Construction Week (WIC).

WIC Week™, or Women in Construction Week™, celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) held the first WIC Week in 1998 and it has grown and expanded each year since.

This year's theme, 'Keys to the Future', celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry.

Women at Wayne’s Roofing

Women in Construction Week™ is about recognizing and celebrating the achievements of women in the construction industry. Wayne’s Roofing embraces diversity and would like to not only recognize but also congratulate the exceptional female employees who have made significant contributions to our company's success.

The success of Wayne’s Roofing is a testament to the diversity and talent in our workforce and the exceptional performance of our female employees in various departments, including Business Development, Apprentice Roofing, Risk Management, Administration, Marketing, Estimating, Project Management, Preconstruction, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Our female employees bring a different perspective to decision-making processes and offer unique insights that help us better serve our customers. They hold the ‘Keys to the Future,’ and we celebrate the strength and knowledge of all women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry.
