Wayne’s Roofing Welcomes the MultiCare Come Walk With Me Event in Sumner

Nearly 2,000 walkers, riders, and volunteers joined together on October 1st for the MultiCare Come Walk With Me event in downtown Sumner, Washington. Flooding the downtown area with Pink!

Wayne’s Roofing was happy to contribute to this great event by donating our parking lot for participants and supporting a great cause in our community.

The event was supported by many in our community, including our neighbor the Old Cannery, motorcyclists, and student volunteers from Sumner High School and Bonney Lake High School.

People walk together to stand with those going through a diagnosis or treatment of breast cancer, to honor those who have fought breast cancer and won, and to remember those we lost too soon. One hundred percent of funds raised during Come Walk With Me benefit breast health programs at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital.

Anyone can participate in Come Walk With Me by supporting a walker or by joining the upcoming Come Pub Crawl With Me!  Fundraising runs through the end of October.

To learn more or to find out how you can participate, go to MultiCare Come Walk With Me, or look for events on their Facebook page HERE.
