Project Description:

The owner of this large standing seam metal roof requested Wayne’s Roofing to address various leaks. Since the building was designed to a small weight tolerance, an entire coating system was out of the question. Sikalastic RoofPro membrane system was chosen for its ability to be used locally and provide a 10-year warranted system to the customer.

Sika’s local representative and Technical Field Service worked with Wayne’s Roofing to design an application, including proper substrate preparation, to achieve a warranted Sikalastic RoofPro system.

Wayne’s Roofing reported to Sika that over the winter they did not receive one call back for leaks on the areas they completed with the Sikalastic RoofPro membrane system.

Total seam, HVAC unit, penetration and edge area on this large warehouse was about 18,000 ft².
