Wayne's Roofing Attends Enumclaw Senior Center Ribbon Cutting
Wayne's Roofing was proud to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Enumclaw Senior Activity Center, a project that showcases our commitment to serving the Pacific Northwest community with quality commercial roofing solutions.
A Complete Roof Transformation
Our team successfully completed a comprehensive roof replacement project at the Enumclaw Senior Activity Center, covering approximately 10,400 square feet across the Senior Center, former Food Bank, and Youth Center buildings. This wasn't just a simple reroof – it was a complete structural upgrade designed to serve the community for decades to come.
The scope of work included removing all existing roofing materials down to the wood deck and implementing significant improvements including new plywood diaphragm installation, seismic upgrades, and structural reinforcements. We enhanced the building's water management with new structural crickets for improved rainwater drainage, then installed a complete vapor barrier, insulation package, and PVC single-ply roofing membrane system.
Collaborative Excellence
True to Wayne's Roofing's tradition of teamwork, this project brought together trusted subcontractors including Code Mechanical for HVAC work, Lubbesmeyer Construction for carpentry, and LCO Company for sheet metal fabrication. The project also included installation of new coping metal, scuppers, leader heads, downspouts, and a new dual fuel HVAC system with office cassettes, plus new roof conduit and gas piping.
The successful completion of the Enumclaw Senior Center project demonstrates our expertise in renovation and restoration work.
Wayne's Roofing congratulates the Enumclaw community on this beautiful facility and is honored to have provided the roofing expertise to protect this important gathering place for years to come. Here are some photos from the event. Learn more about Project HERE.
