Location: 611 132nd St S, Tacoma, WA 98444

Scope of Work:

New construction of an Elementary School Building with Low & Steep Slopes. Steep Slopes utilized 50yr Malarkey Legacy Shingles with a 10yr NDL warranty. Of the 327 sq, 83 sq were a vented nail-base assembly. The Low Slope roof used .080ml Carlisle KEE PVC with a 30yr NDL warranty and Detec leak detection system.
