Project: Central Avenue Elementary School Replacement Project

Location: 4505 104th Street E, Tacoma, WA 98446

Scope of Work:

New construction of an Elementary School Building with Low & Steep Slopes. Steep Slopes utilized 50yr Malarkey Legacy Shingles with a 10yr NDL warranty. Of the 328 sq, 83 sq were a vented nail-base assembly. The Low Slope roof used .080ml Carlisle KEE PVC with a 30yr NDL warranty and Detec leak detection system.
