Project: Montlake Elementary School Replacement Project

Location: 2025 E Calhoun St, Seattle, WA 98112

Scope of Work:

Montlake Elementary is a 3-ply APP roofing system covering. 250 squares over 2 buildings. We also installed 68 squares of 4-ply Laurenco waterproofing at the learning terrace below the topping slab.  This project was unique in that our roofing that was installed on the gymnasium roof was then covered with a fiberglass tray and pedestal system and artificial turf field, as the site is not large enough for a playfield on the ground.
