Scope of Work:

Both buildings have Carlisle 60mil TPO with Detec TruGround Conductive Primer.  There is extensive structural steel for the PV Arrays present on both buildings that required us to work around. The Maritime Skills Center is owned by Tacoma Public Schools and will serve a s a training center for high school students to learn the trades associated with the Port of Tacoma and maritime work in general.
