After interviewing three local roofing contractors in the Tacoma area, it became clear not all roofing contractors are equal. Utilizing Wayne’s roofing for our project was a great decision. Mike Trout at Wayne’s Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and responsive. We received detailed quotations and explanations regarding the various roofing options for our building. We unfortunately experienced two leaks after the new roof was installed. We understand mistakes happen, it’s how you handle the faults that matter. Wayne’s roofing was onsite same day to repair, dry the affected area, and return to clean up. Ten months later we have had no issues with the roof. I will use Wayne’s Roofing again in the future.
