Ashlee joined Wayne’s Roofing more than a decade ago after graduating from Georgia State University. She later completed her MBA in Business Administration at Eastern Washington University in 2024, with a focus in accounting. From the beginning, she was recognized for her strong work ethic, curiosity, and leadership potential. Over the years, she has played a key role in strengthening the company's administrative and financial operations, helping guide Wayne's Roofing through periods of growth and change.
