Help Students Pursue Construction Careers!

In the spirit of National Roofing Week Aug. 23-29, NRCA Giving Day will be held Tuesday, Aug. 25, to benefit the Roofing Alliance’s Melvin Kruger Endowed Scholarship Program.

The Melvin Kruger Endowed Scholarship Program helps individuals seeking to further their education to pursue careers in the roofing or building construction industries; employees of NRCA contractor and supplier members and their families are eligible. Scholarship recipients receive funding for up to four years of full-time study at any accredited post-secondary institution of the student’s choice.

Please consider giving generously and making a commitment to the scholarship fund to help provide additional scholarships to college and vocational-technical school students who plan to pursue careers in the roofing or building construction industries. Donations of any size are welcome and currently are being accepted here; Giving Day donations will close at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 25.

Donations are tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the extent permitted under federal tax law and can be paid over a period of up to and including five years. With your support, we can change lives and help shape the future of our industry.
